We strongly advise you not to attend Scream Time if you are pregnant, are of a nervous disposition, suffer from claustrophobia, are prone to seizures, have heart or respiratory problems or any other physical or psychological sensitivities, which might make an event designed to terrify you (or for spooky time sessions make you jump/be spooked) be unsuitable.
All areas may contain queues, strobe lighting, smoke machines, laser lighting, latex, small tight spaces, darkness, uneven flooring, water effects and loud distressing music. For those with mobility issues/using mobility aids, please read the Accessibility section below.

Accessibility & Route Information
This year’s trail explores the historic courtyards around Margam Castle. Please note it is not step-free, so it may not be suitable for wheelchair users or guests with significant mobility needs. A small section inside the Castle has height and width restrictions and isn’t wheelchair accessible, but our stewards can help you avoid this safely. Some areas include tight corridors and steep inclines/declines, which may be challenging for mobility-aid users.

Ground Conditions
The trail takes place in a natural country park setting, so you may encounter uneven ground, stones, leaves and twigs. We’ve removed known trip hazards, but natural terrain remains. Some cabling crosses the path and is covered with ramp covers. Accessible toilets are available.

Weather & Flexibility
If extreme weather affects accessibility for mobility-aid users (beyond the usual limitations), we’ll review ticket transfers individually to help you move to a more suitable date.

Health & Safety (Scream Time & Spooky Time)
These experiences are designed to be intense. We advise avoiding them if you are pregnant, of a nervous disposition, claustrophobic, prone to seizures, or have heart/respiratory conditions or sensitivities. Effects may include strobe lighting, smoke, lasers, latex, tight spaces, darkness, uneven flooring, water effects and loud, distressing music.

There will be strobe, pulsating and flashing light effects across all sections of the Event, with additional haze/smoke effects at various points. Certain sections of the Event may be unsuitable for those with balance disorders.

Yes. Toilets are situated at the car park and at the cafe courtyard, approx. 3/4's of the way along. Both include accessible toilets.
